    I had a horrible experience with this man. Extremely rude and condescending. I would highly suggest anyone looking to purchase or sell a house to find anyone else unless you don't mind being talked down to, being screamed at and being told you are stupid.

    Tellers are unfriendly and impersonal despite having my personal and business banking with them for the past 3 years. Today, I called to order checks and was placed on hold for 20 minutes until after they closed. I will be taking my business elsewhere. This is branch specific as I have not had this experience in other local branches.

    I enrolled my son in the day camp on recommendation from parents that had used it a few years ago. It seemed like a friendly place, until they received my contract. I wanted to switch the weeks my son would be there to weeks later in the summer. This seemed to take only a brief phone call during which I was hung up on the end.(at that point I thought about canceling the entire summer, but I needed the care and figured perhaps the person on the phone had been extremely busy) A week later, Joan from the office called and asked where my child was. I told her I had switched weeks. After she gave me a hard time, I informed her the call was still logged in my phone and gave her the date, time and length of call. She then had me speak to the director, Sheila, who proceeded to call me a liar instead of allowing me to show them the call documented on my phone. Why wouldn't I have called and told them about the change? I needed the care for my child, so it really doesn't make sense that they would not believe I called. I am not interested in having my son at a school that calls parents liars, and you should not be either.
